Robb Hunter
SERVE Holdings, LLC – Vice President of Operations
 Robb Hunter is the vice president of operations at SERVE Holdings,
LLC. His responsibilities include overseeing all company operations
that include but are not limited to; mid-management selection,
training & development, budgets, profit and loss statements,
marketing and advertising with emphasis in hospitality, quality,
service and cleanliness. Hunter leads a team of five district
managers, one training director, and one director of operations in
the Captain D’s Franchise. Hunter’s goal is to create a culture that
guarantees every guest a pleasurable dining experience and enhance
the growth and development of over 750 employees.
Hunter has over 25 years in the restaurant industry and other
customer service related fields including serving as director of
operations for Inner City Foods. As director he was responsible for
and active in all aspects of company growth including restaurant
operations, training, recruitment, construction, marketing,
development and total day to day operations of locations in Atlanta,
Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. During his tenure,
Hunter established and maintained the highest gross national
restaurant sales of the Checker's franchise. He has also held
positions as operating partner for Burger Boys of Northern New
Jersey, a Checkers franchise and operating partner for Urban City
Foods, a Burger King franchise, in Washington D.C., Baltimore and
Maryland. Hunter is also president of Robb Hunter Cigars in Tampa,
Florida – a manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer of premium
cigars.
Hunter is active with various community projects including being a
board member of the Memphis chapter of 100 Black Men.
