Noble Benefield
SERVE Holdings, LLC – Vice President of Strategic Planning
 Noble Benefield is the Vice President of Strategic Planning for
SERVE Holdings, LLC. He is responsible for consulting with
development groups and assisting in the planning of new restaurants.
Benefield brought over 20 years of experience in corporate
development when starting at SERVE Holdings. He is knowledgeable in
areas of community economic development and strategic planning.
Benefield began his career in operations with Citizens and Southern
National Bank, now Bank of America. He was then promoted to junior
management on a lending platform upon graduation from college and
then advanced to an economic development specialist under a program
funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Benefield then worked in
marketing with Procter and Gamble Distributing Company. Benefield
served as executive officer of the Candler Road Development
Corporation – a community development corporation. Subsequent to
that position, he accepted the position of Executive Vice President
with Inner-City Foods, LLC where he met Clarence Mitchell, Robb
Hunter and Dwayne Heard, his partners at SERVE. Since working at
Inner City Foods, Mr. Benefield operated his own management and
technical consulting firm, working with clients to develop a
strategy and growth plan for a multi-unit specialty restaurant
concept in the Atlanta market.
